Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments for clients with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, tailoring interventions to meet their individual needs.

• Create and implement integrated care plans involving linked services to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that treatment focuses on clients' presenting problems.

• Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate on client's progress and share insights with colleagues to improve service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to conduct thorough evaluations and arrange for additional assessments when necessary.

• Monitor client intake, ongoing treatment, and discharge criteria to facilitate smooth transitions in care.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as needed, providing timely support to clients during critical times.

• Document treatment progress accurately and ensure timely submission of reports and data for performance tracking.

• Serve on committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and undertaking quality improvement initiatives within the agency.

• Provide on-call coverage as required, ensuring continuous care and support for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
