Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, forming the foundation for treatment planning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, setting measurable goals and outlining specific interventions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care and treatment strategies.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to support high-risk clients.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
