Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health status and identify their concerns, strengths, and resources within the school environment.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable therapeutic goals that are regularly evaluated and adjusted according to students’ progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school administrators, psychologists, and educational staff, to ensure a holistic approach to each student's care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, addressing immediate issues that may arise in the school setting.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner, complying with ethical and legal standards for mental health professionals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups, enhancing students' knowledge about mental health and providing peer support opportunities.

Qualifications\n
