Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions to align with each client's needs.

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and school staff, to ensure integrated and client-focused care.

• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments when warranted to safeguard the well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
