Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role includes a variety of specific duties aimed at improving the mental well-being of clients:

• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapy sessions to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in person and through virtual platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop integrated care plans that are collaborative and client-centered.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, ensuring your clinical input helps advance shared goals and service delivery outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, working proactively to manage crises effectively and safely.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heart Share Community Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
