Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates remotely but is embedded within school settings. You'll engage directly with students and educational staff, collaborating closely to address the mental health needs of children and adolescents. Flexible scheduling is offered, including evening and weekend hours, enabling you to best accommodate the needs of the students and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a deep understanding of the mental health concerns, strengths, and needs of students.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the school environment.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and the overall well-being of the student.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, prioritizing student safety and well-being in urgent situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and parent support groups to foster community engagement and mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
