Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges facing clients, including students and families.

• Engage in individual and family counseling sessions, offering support tailored to a variety of life challenges, such as academic pressures, family dynamics, and mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, employing safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in high-risk situations.

• Work collaboratively with educators and school personnel to facilitate integrated support systems that enhance the educational experience of students.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to community resources, enabling access to services that address their comprehensive needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
