Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate each student’s mental health needs and strengths.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques, including individual and group sessions, tailored to the developmental and emotional needs of students.

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to develop integrated care plans that holistically support students' mental well-being.

• Act as an advocate for students' rights and ensure access to necessary resources both within the school and in the local community.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged youth who may be facing a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to academic pressures and social difficulties. You will work closely with students, families, and educators to ensure holistic support and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school or youth-oriented setting.

• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans to address specific behavioral or emotional concerns.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with diverse populations and foster an environment of trust and cooperation.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
