As a crucial part of our clinical team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and will have the responsibility of assisting clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients facing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief and developmentally appropriate screenings, and facilitate detailed evaluations when necessary.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on clients’ presenting issues and requests for service.

• Assist in crisis intervention strategies and provide timely responses to clients in immediate need of support.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring compliance with all organizational and ethical standards.

• Document all client interactions promptly and accurately, adhering to the regulatory requirements for reporting.

• Participate in on-call coverage and be readily available for emergent situations as assigned.

• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. This includes clients who may be hesitant to access mental health services due to stigma or financial constraints. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alliance Life Line Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
