Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate comprehensive care by collaborating with case managers, families, and medical professionals to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

• Attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role involves working with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will provide therapeutic support tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients, building trust and rapport through authenticity and empathy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related fields) from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active license eligible for LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
\n
• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant software is a plus.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document treatments and interactions clearly and effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering positive therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to pass a background check to ensure client and organizational safety.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have prior experience providing telehealth services or working with diverse populations. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, as well as experience in creating treatment plans, will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
