Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and challenges, while developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving positive outcomes.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on empowerment and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other members of the treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with best practices and advancements in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, with an emphasis on trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work closely with students, providing support not only for their emotional health but also helping to enhance their academic performance and personal growth. This role will involve engaging with families and educators to ensure holistic approaches to treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic interventions, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing support to clients and their families.
• A team-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in school settings or with children in a clinical capacity.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques, as this role will utilize remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
