Dealership: L0347 Lexus of Sacramento Lexus of Sacramento Customer Service Representative Department: Service Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Lexus of Sacramento is looking for a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing appointments, and creating a positive service experience from start to finish. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for service customers, assisting with scheduling, communication, and widespread support while ensuring every guest receives exceptional care. What You’ll Do Answer incoming service department calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments. Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, confirmations, and follow-up needs. Direct inquiries to Service Advisors and other appropriate team members. Assist with appointment management and customer records. Support the Service Department with administrative and customer service tasks. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
