The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a structured yet flexible approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Tidal Therapy Services, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s individualized needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and the importance of self-care in managing their mental health.

• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
