This role is perfect for a natural problem solver with a background in e-billing who is detail-oriented and desires a strong sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. The e-Billing Specialist processes the flow of computerized billing from inception to final product to include narrative edits and transfers, unbilled write-offs, and distribution of month-end prebills and reports for specific timekeepers in an accurate and timely manner. Essential Functions Understanding of start to finish billing process and procedures Understanding of multiple e-billing sites and requirements Monitor Billblast/e-billing systems for submissions and rejections. Work with billing and collections team to solve e-billing issues. Communicates properly and promptly with BFCA personnel and external contacts at all times and must exhibit a high level of customer service at all times. Process / follow up appeals as needed. Review invoices for OCG requirements. Ability to enter rates/accruals into different systems. Ability to problem solve and critically think.Ability to work alone and also in a team setting. Performs other duties as assigned. Confidentiality Due to the nature of your employment, various documents and information, which are of a confidential nature, will come into your possession. Qualifications The e-Billing Specialist must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant client billing experience. A typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key machine by touch are required. Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as have an understanding of E-invoicing systems. Aderant/BillBlast experience is preferred. Must possess an excellent customer service attitude. Flexibility to work overtime as necessary. Additional Knowledge a Plus InTapp Time, Chrome River Expense Reporting, Elite WebView, Interaction, Cisco Telephone System, AskCody Meeting, iManage, SharePoint The salary range for this position is $62K to $82K. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that Benesch provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
