Your Responsibilities

• Examine results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all protocols, facilitate training for new team members or students, and strive to uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with regulatory and accreditational mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certifications throughout your career with us.
