Salary: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

Medstaff Group is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant for a growing outpatient healthcare practice located in Riverhead, NY.

We are looking for a professional and motivated Medical Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent patient interaction abilities, and be able to work efficiently alongside providers and office staff.

Spanish-speaking candidates are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist providers during patient visits and procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and help maintain smooth clinical flow throughout the day
• Perform accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system
• Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Provide excellent customer service and patient communication

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
• Previous outpatient medical assistant experience required
• Spanish-speaking required
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced medical office
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
