Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations, to arrive at accurate diagnoses and formulate treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide critical crisis intervention services, coordinating with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care for individuals in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, compliant with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, equipping them with valuable coping strategies and resources to navigate challenges.

• Engage in regular outcome evaluations to assess treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in mental health care, implementing best practices into your clinical work to maximize patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
