Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and preferences, using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.

• Utilize specialized approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients towards positive behavioral changes.

• Provide clear education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adapting treatment plans based on feedback and evolving circumstances.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to client needs.

You will primarily work with individuals affected by mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
