The remote work environment provides flexibility in managing your schedule (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), while our supportive team ensures that you have all the necessary resources and supervision to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the treatment plans of your clients, and maintaining precise documentation of each session.

• Collaborating with fellow treatment team members to devise comprehensive psychotherapy plans that incorporate specific, measurable goals and objectives.

• Offering consultative services to other team members when appropriate, ensuring that everyone involved in client care is well-informed and supported.

• Completing all necessary documentation and reports in compliance with licensing standards in a timely manner.

• Actively serving as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and other community-based treatment professionals, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health care.

• Adhering to company policy when responding to subpoenas or court orders regarding client records.
\n
• Attending all scheduled meetings and training as attendance is considered an essential function of the position.

• Performing additional duties as assigned to align with client and organizational needs.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to children and adults, particularly those who may be experiencing crises or are in transitional stages of life.
