Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will report directly to the Social Work Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify individual and family needs, helping remove barriers to treatment and enhance patient outcomes.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans utilizing individual and group therapy modalities, ensuring approaches are evidence-based and aligned with each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, offering insights into psychosocial functioning and patient needs to enhance treatment compliance.
\n
• Documenting social work activities in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring thorough and accurate medical records that improve continuity of care.
\n
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families that empower them to understand and follow treatment recommendations, promoting effective self-management.
\n
• Coordinating community advocacy efforts that focus on enhancing social support and access to necessary resources for your clients.
\n
• Maintaining adherence to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, ensuring that all practice aligns with ethical standards and organizational values.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are undergoing detoxification and may struggle with a variety of mental health challenges associated with addiction, trauma, or co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will help clients develop coping strategies and facilitate their recovery journey, supporting them in achieving their highest level of psychosocial functioning within a compassionate and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in addressing the psychosocial needs of individuals, with an emphasis on culturally informed care.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to formulate effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

While clinical experience can vary, we prefer candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n
