Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with clinicians and other mental health professionals through virtual meetings and consultations, ensuring that you are supported in your role. Our flexible scheduling is designed to accommodate patient needs, primarily operating from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and craft personalized treatment plans that effectively address patients’ specific needs.

• Implement evidenced psychotherapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster therapeutic growth and resilience.

• Engage in collaborative case discussions and peer review meetings with your treatment team to promote a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population encompassing varying backgrounds and presenting a range of mental health challenges. You will develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients, empowering them to deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. This focus on individualized care allows for the co-creation of treatment strategies that resonate with each client’s lived experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy methods tailored to the individual needs of clients.
