Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psycho-social assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring the highest quality of care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with all regulatory requirements, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other social workers, to provide holistic care that encompasses all aspects of recovery.

Qualifications\n
