Position Overview The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring financial records are accurate, current, and well-organized. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Enter and maintain accurate financial records and invoices Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts Handle customer payments, collections, and vendor payments Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities Maintain organized accounting files and documentation Work closely with leadership and external accounting partners Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations QuickBooks experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Payroll experience is a plus Software Experience QuickBooks Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Schedule & Work Environment Fully onsite in Sharonville, OH Monday-Friday | Standard business hours Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Benefits Competitive benefits package Paid time off Retirement savings options Bonus opportunities based on performance Why Join This Opportunity?
