Director Business Development

Responsibilities The Director of Business Development (DBD) is responsible for strategic planning, physician relations, market intelligence, business development analytics and reporting, and overall growth. The DBD will lead the development and execution of the strategic vision and initiatives with the facility CEO and executive team to achieve the organization’s aspirations. Provides leadership and oversight of the Business Development, Strategy, Marketing and Physician Relations team members to guide them toward the successful achievement of core strategies. Leads the development, ongoing updating, and reporting of the strategic plan performance to ensure it is cascaded throughout the organization. This position reports to the CA Market Regional Director of Strategic Development with a dotted line to the facility CEO. Benefits Include Tuition Reimbursement. Master’s degree from an accredited College or University in a related field preferred. Minimum of Three (3) years experience required, preferred Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Business Development. Active driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Certifications / Licenses None required.
