Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of each patient, including active listening and empathetic communication to build rapport.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the patient’s therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Provide targeted counseling sessions that address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in counseling to deliver the most effective treatment strategies to patients.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to refer patients for additional services as needed, supporting holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may come from different backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to leverage your skills in a variety of counseling scenarios. Each session will focus on helping clients regain control over their lives by fostering trust and understanding during therapeutic discussions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships with patients.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient care management.

• Strong ability to engage clients and encourage them to express their thoughts and feelings openly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with a focus on diverse populations.

• Specialization in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), or other recognized therapeutic modalities is preferred.

• Proven track record of developing successful treatment plans and demonstrating positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
