Main Street Station Casino, Brewery, & Hotel in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and possess a thorough knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisine. You will be responsible for meal preparation, staff supervision, and ensuring food quality standards. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required.
