Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses for a diverse range of patients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and needs.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Work in conjunction with other healthcare providers, including psychologists and primary care providers, to support comprehensive care strategies that meet patients' emotional and physical health needs.

• Monitor patient progress by systematically tracking treatment responses, conducting regular check-ins both virtually and in-person, and adjusting treatment approaches as warranted.

• Assist in psychotropic medication management by closely monitoring patients for treatment adherence, side effects, and overall effectiveness as prescribed by our medical providers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, in addition to an annual incentive bonus.
