You will work primarily with clients enrolled in a Detox Center, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote overall health and wellness. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to independently assess and diagnose patients' psychosocial status and needs.

• Collaborate with patients to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapies, to promote positive change.
\n
• Coordinate care with a variety of health providers, including clinicians at Walmart Health & Wellness, ensuring an integrated approach that addresses all aspects of a patient’s well-being.

• Monitor patient progress regularly through in-person or virtual check-ins, adjusting treatment as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Assist in supporting medication management, working with prescribing medical providers to ensure adherence and assess treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with patients in a detoxification setting, many of whom are facing complex challenges related to substance use and mental health. Building rapport and establishing trust will be critical as you guide them through recovery. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing both immediate and long-term mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Colorado.

• At least 1 year of professional experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• Experience working with patients in detox or substance use recovery settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
