While this role is conducted remotely, our team prioritizes communication and support through virtual meetings and check-ins.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct independent psychosocial evaluations to assess and diagnose your clients' mental health conditions, drawing from your education and clinical experience.

• Collaborate with each patient to develop personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs and situations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to implement effective behavioral interventions.

• Coordinate care with other clinicians, ensuring that each aspect of the patient's health—mental, emotional, and physical—is addressed through our integrated care model.

• Monitor patient progress by tracking treatment responses via virtual sessions, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to meet treatment goals.

• Assist in psychotropic medication management by supporting patients in adhering to their prescribed treatment, monitoring for side effects and overall treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult patients, particularly those in the detox phase, who are seeking comprehensive mental health support. Understanding the complexities of addiction and recovery, you will provide crucial support in helping these individuals navigate their mental health challenges as they work toward achieving stability and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
