Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to independently formulate psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for patients experiencing mental and emotional challenges.

• Engage directly with patients to collaboratively design and implement personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.

• Effectively deliver various therapeutic interventions, implementing evidence-based techniques such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to create integrated treatment plans that address both physical and mental health needs.

• Regularly monitor and track patient responses to treatment, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure progress towards treatment objectives.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence and documenting any side effects or effectiveness to support the interdisciplinary team.
