This hybrid position offers a supportive team environment, dedicated paralegal support, and the opportunity to manage a diverse family law caseload. Qualifications Active California Bar license. 3+ years of California family law experience. Strong litigation, drafting, and courtroom skills. Ability to independently manage a caseload. CFLS (Certified Family Law Specialist) is a plus. Responsibilities Manage family law cases from start to finish. Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence. Advise clients on case strategy and legal options. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Work closely with support staff to ensure timely case management.
