This full-time position allows for meaningful engagement with patients through remote consultations, focusing on effective treatment strategies for a variety of mental health issues.

Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility that aligns with the needs of our patients while supporting work-life balance. Therapists are equipped with the technology necessary to conduct virtual sessions effectively, ensuring high-quality care outside traditional office settings. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient requirements. As we are a telehealth facility, therapists can manage their caseload while working from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and patient interviews to analyze individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques within individual, couple, and family settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering resilience and communal support among patients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and holistic treatment approaches for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly and effectively during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and support.

• Offer educational resources to patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation compliant with all legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system for accuracy and efficiency.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations and team meetings, staying informed about advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required to qualify for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
