This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule tailored to the clinician's needs. Employees can manage their caseloads, choosing between 10 to 30 billable hours per week based on their personal capacity and client demand. All client engagements occur via telehealth services, though team members have the option for dual participation in-person for group sessions when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatment through diagnostic assessments, short-term counseling, and ongoing psychotherapy tailored for individuals, families, and groups.

• Manage and document client care while utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records for efficient service delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing the most current version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions such as crisis intervention, family therapy, skills training, and support therapy to address mental health and co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to enhance treatment planning and decision-making processes.

• Participate in clinical consultations, quality assurance initiatives, and organizational development efforts to elevate team performance and patient outcomes.

• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, including treatment planning, progress tracking, and communication with external stakeholders when approved.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in providing mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
