Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual client goals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions focusing on a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery, enhancing overall client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to enhance clinical skills and adhere to the best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
