Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ specific goals and needs, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans as needed for clients dealing with acute issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
