Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to support them in reaching their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in unison with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and families about therapy methods to facilitate continuous improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatments as needed to ensure patients remain on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education options and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensing and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
