Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to facilitate their functional progress
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Use proven methods to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and their families about therapy techniques to ensure continued improvement at home
• Monitor Progress and Adapt Care: Keep track of patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients aligned with their goals

Educational Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education or relevant certifications supported

Licensure and Certification

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification is a mandatory educational standard
