This role is predominantly remote, allowing for maximum flexibility while maintaining high standards of care. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Discovery Mood Clinical Services, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities aimed at fostering optimal client well-being:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a diverse range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and progress monitoring for each client.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant records compliant with HIPAA regulations, documenting each stage of the therapy process to facilitate continuity of care.
• Co-create individualized care plans with clients, outlining specific goals and post-treatment strategies for continuing personal growth and resilience.
• Participate in community events representing Discovery Mood Clinical Services, establishing connections and fostering relationships that facilitate access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range across various demographics, including adults, couples facing relationship challenges, and families requiring therapeutic support. Our focus encompasses a wide array of issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate and overcome personal challenges, while also promoting mental health awareness within the community.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active and independent licensure, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and client care.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are mandatory, we highly value candidates who have additional experience in the following areas:

• Evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering remote therapy sessions.
• Involvement in community outreach or public speaking related to mental health awareness.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
