Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical audits routinely to assess and enhance practitioner performance and service user outcomes, ensuring continuous quality improvement.

• Provide regular clinical supervision and ongoing guidance to practitioners delivering behavioral health interventions, fostering professional growth and adherence to treatment protocols.

• Stay well-informed on the latest evidence-based practices within both behavioral and digital health realms and contribute to the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with product teams to advocate for modifications based on clinical best practices to optimize our digital platforms and services.

• Facilitate warm handovers and referrals to external providers through a structured care navigation process, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their specific needs.

• Actively research and advocate for community resources, assisting clients in accessing vital services such as food assistance, childcare, and healthcare options.

• Effectively manage clinical and risk escalations, utilizing organizational policies to maintain client safety and promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will primarily focus on individuals in detox and recovery from substance use disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
