Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans by thoroughly assessing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of clients through direct interviews.

• Implement and manage tailored support packages that address various challenges, such as mental health issues, substance dependencies, and life transitions.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their changing needs and goals.

• Provide recommendations and counseling during sessions, guiding clients toward the most effective actions to take for their personal growth and recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all client interactions and update case files to reflect ongoing progress and key insights.

• Participate in case conferences with multidisciplinary teams to discuss client situations, share progress updates, and strategize interventions.

• Actively refer clients to community resources and services that will support them in their journey toward recovery.

• Prepare to provide expert evidence in court when necessary, ensuring that clients’ rights and well-being are prioritized.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field is required; a Master’s Degree (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
