Neonatologist - Level 3 NICU | Pennington, NJ

Licenses/Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology
Experience: Previous NICU and neonatal care experience preferred

What You'll Do
Provide expert neonatal care at a Level 3 NICU with a 30-bed capacity
Manage approximately 17 patients daily and handle over 400 annual NICU admissions
Participate in a collaborative team of 7 neonatologists
Deliver advanced neonatal treatments including HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
Collaborate with obstetric and pediatric teams to deliver multidisciplinary neonatal care
Support a regional perinatal center within a busy maternity environment
What You Need
Valid medical license and certification in neonatology
Prior neonatal or NICU experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
