Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with Livingston Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and familial or relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field).

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling is highly preferred.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous, as it will facilitate a smoother onboarding process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
