Payroll Specialist

Location: NW Portland, OR (Onsite) Salary: $62,000–$68,000 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team in NW Portland. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $62,000–$68,000 Comprehensive benefits package Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow within the organization Key Responsibilities Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll accurately and on time Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Process payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end processes Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee and payroll data Support audits and maintain payroll documentation Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience Required: Certified payroll experience Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and payroll compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
