Role Highlights Lead and elevate Audley’s business‑to‑business partnerships who facilitate the sales of our tailor‑made experiences through our white label services or otherwise—driving performance, strengthening conversion, and shaping how we influence partner behaviour. Act as the internal champion for our trade partners, collaborating closely with Client Engagement, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes. Develop a structured, data‑driven approach to outreach, onboarding and ongoing relationship management—bringing clarity, consistency and commercial focus. Identify and deliver initiatives that optimise partner performance, improve operational efficiency and scale B2B revenue opportunities. Represent Audley at partner meetings, events and engagement activities, confidently presenting insights, training and commercial updates. Own travel‑agent conversion across the business—analysing performance, identifying quick wins and long‑term improvements, and collaborating across departments to drive success. It Would Be Great If You have experience working with partners for a tour operator—this is essential for understanding the dynamics of trade relationships. You’re commercially minded, strategically focused and able to achieve (or exceed) performance targets. You bring strong customer focus and an understanding of the value our Trade & Partnerships strategy brings to Audley’s Repeat & Recommend model. You’re a confident communicator—able to influence, collaborate and present to a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally. You’re calm, solutions‑focused and reliable when navigating high‑pressure situations. You’re comfortable interpreting data, identifying trends and making informed recommendations to improve conversion. You’re self‑motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You’re exceptionally organised, with a systematic approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You build strong relationships naturally and enjoy being at the centre of a busy, collaborative partnership environment. You thrive in a role where analytical thinking meets people engagement—and where your work directly influences commercial outcomes. What's In It For You In person days will be hosted in our beautiful Boston, MA office located in the North End! We ask that employees are office-based for a minimum of 3 days per week. Salary between $80,000 and $100,000 (dependent on experience) 90–100% coverage of insurance premiums. Generous PTO policy (20 days to start, with anniversary‑tied increases). 10 paid holidays including your birthday off.
