This full-time position allows you to provide quality mental health services to clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. Work Environment\n

Work directly from your home in a remote setting while using our telehealth technology to reach clients. Our telehealth facility supports a seamless interface for both counselors and clients, ensuring continuity of care even from a distance. With our clinic's extended operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for your lifestyle while providing essential support to clients when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and identify effective treatment methodologies.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building for clients.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, improving coping strategies and fostering a healing environment for clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies to provide immediate support and safety.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, equipping them with coping mechanisms and resources for recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical mandates, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance your trauma-informed care expertise.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously elevate the standard of therapeutic services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing trauma and trauma-related disorders. Supporting varied demographics, your clients may include children, adolescents, couples, and families seeking healing and coping strategies. Our telehealth model ensures that mental health services are accessible to those who might otherwise face barriers to seeking treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Ability to effectively use electronic health records (EHR) systems and computer applications.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies.
\n
• A commitment to being a Behavioral Health Generalist, including a willingness to see couples with training provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year commensurate with experience.
