Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and lead individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via secure telehealth methods.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client, fostering a collaborative treatment approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling techniques to address various mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor in Oregon (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
