Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address clients’ specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care and well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. As a counselor, you will work with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
