This full-time remote role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, alongside a sign-on bonus for new team members.

Each counselor has the autonomy to set their schedule within our operational hours of 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, ensuring a work-life balance that enhances productivity and client engagement. We utilize a state-of-the-art telehealth platform, enabling seamless virtual sessions that prioritize client confidentiality and convenience.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify the most effective treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate trauma processing, coping strategy development, and healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure an integrated and comprehensive care plan for each patient.

• Offering crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, reinforcing a secure and soothing therapeutic environment.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for continued support.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also essential.
