Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs, employing evidence-based practices in counseling.

• Conduct therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring all client interactions are conducted in a safe, private, and confidential manner.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to foster a sense of community among participants facing similar challenges.

• Analyze assessment data to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, recommend tailored treatment approaches, and coordinate referrals when necessary.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

• Create and implement therapeutic activities that align with treatment goals, including various modalities such as recreational activities and skill-building exercises.

Qualifications\n
