Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for a diverse client base, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet varying needs and circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including notes and record-keeping activities, to ensure compliant billing and effective clinical oversight.

• Collaborate within the team to discuss client progress, treatment planning, and innovative therapeutic strategies, contributing to a shared vision of care.

• Utilize a billing service to manage client accounts, insurance claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking guidance for various mental health issues. Our clientele presents with an array of clinical challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma-related issues, which provides therapists opportunities to apply diverse therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active LCSW licensure for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
